To ensure you have a seamless and relaxing experience, we kindly ask that you:

• Please arrive 15-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation.
• We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and Debit. Please note that cash payments are NOT accepted.
• All service, gift certificate and retail product purchases are final and non-refundable.
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes and may be adjusted without prior notice.

To ensure a peaceful and relaxing experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests observe the following spa guidelines:

• Please speak softly and keep conversations at a respectful volume to maintain a calm and peaceful environment.
• Please remove all outside footwear.
• Please turn off or silence cell phones during your visit.
• All new clients are required to complete a Health History Form prior to receiving services.
• Guests under the age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. throughout their appointment.

We kindly ask that you provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a charge of 100% of the full service price.
