At Ezcape Wellness we are looking to support our local community and anyone looking or wishing to make lifestyle choices to improve their health and well-being.
HOW TO MANAGE STRESS - 30TH of March at 6pm.
Zoey will be discussing the various in ways in which daily stresses to which we are all subject to, can affect the body and how this can impact your health and well-being. She will also share some simple techniques so that you can better manage these daily stresses and therefore improve your well-being.
So why not join us Thursday 30th of March at 6pm. Our workshops last about 30/40 minutes and the practitioner is then able to answer or go through any questions you might have regarding the workshop. This is a great opportunity for the local community to get to know our practitioners and get a feel for the services we offer.
