Reservations:

Reservations are made at the reception desk , by phone 613-841-8400 or online at www.ezcapespa.com

Spa Admission:

We gladly welcome clients 12 years of age and over.
Ezcape Spa & Wellness will not accept any clients with infectious or contagious diseases.
Clients currently undergoing cancer treatments must provide a doctor’s note prior to receiving any services.
All clients must fill out a health history form on their initial visit.

Cancellation Policy:

If an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours, the next appointment will need to be confirmed with a credit card.

Group Bookings:

All group bookings (two or more) require a credit card to secure reservations. Please note that no charges will be placed on your card unless there is a late cancellation, in which case a 50% cancellation fee may be applied to your credit card.

Spa Day Packages:

To better serve our clientele, spa packages must be booked and confirmed with a credit card. Please note that no charges will be placed on your credit card unless there is a late cancellation, in which case a 50% cancellation fee may be applied to your credit card.

Upon Arrival:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are available in any monetary denomination and do not expire.
Gift certificates purchased for specific services have a 1 YEAR expiration date.
If paying for a massage with a gift certificate from a Registered Massage Therapist, Ezcape Spa & Wellness will not issue an insurance receipt unless the purchaser and the redeemer of the gift certificate are on the same insurance plan.

To add to the enjoyment of your day, and to help others enjoy their Ezcape Spa & Wellness experience, please turn off all phones.
Feel free to consult your therapist or service provider at any time during your treatment. Our team of professionals are able to offer you helpful suggestions to enhance the benefits of your treatment and provide valuable after home care instructions.
Ezcape Spa & Wellness is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
There are NO cash or credit card refunds on products and/or services rendered. In-store credit only.
All prices are exclusive of tax and are subject to change without prior notice.
Ezcape Spa & Wellness accepts Visa, MasterCard, debit or cash as a method of payment.
